I have used the driver you found and I now have no issues in the device manager. I had same problem of you using W No problems setting up and copying. I Have the software but i lost the cd that has the serial number!! I really would like to get this to work with Windows 8. I downloaded both links. Thanks for the help, anyway!

I saw the posted driver list on the previous page, but the 2 drivers listed for this DVR are 64bit. To many vvideo are getting screwed with this.

HP Compaq Presario V The cd I received has nothing to do with the installation. I down loaded these drivers and the device is working perfectly. AMEN, I was so ready to toss this thing into the garbage can. I have the same problem. I tried installing the drivers, but it is not successful.
Device Manager showed it as a generic USB 2. I tried work with it, but the picture is always vibrating.
